Guest Relations Specialist

The primary role of the Guest Relations Specialist is to provide excellent customer service to our guests and parents for a seamless experience before, during, and after their child's week at camp. The GRS will manage guest information and registration details including, but not limited to: payments, personal information, transportation, and store account; and will be responsible for responding to incoming customer inquiries over the phone, email, and live chat. In addition, this role is responsible for preparing and distributing summer reports. read more

Area Head – Kraken Waterslide

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. Area Heads provide leadership to the instructors in their area(s) including training, coaching and performance review. Area Heads are responsible to assist with equipment and facilities management, guest issues, and provide great customer service. A typical day for a Kraken Area Head is to work shifts between 9am and 7pm overseeing the Kraken Waterslide. Daily meetings with your team as well as set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. read more

Kitchen Service Supervisor

The primary role of the Kitchen Service Supervisor within this department is to assist the Dining Hall Manager in all things related to leading staff, managing outcomes and serving guests. The Kitchen Service Supervisor oversees the Kitchen staff and are responsible to create a fun and productive team environment for our young staff while providing a quality and customer friendly dining experience for all staff and guests. All Kitchen staff are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining hall areas through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, garbage removal, wiping down of surfaces, sanitizing work stations, food prep areas and washing dishes. Aprons will be provided for each shift. Coffee Can Supervisor

The Coffee Can is open to staff and guests on a daily basis selling Starbucks drinks, coffee, tea, and more! The primary role of the Coffee Can Supervisor, alongside our full-time Camp Store manager, is to keep a fun and productive environment for our young staff while providing excellent customer service to our staff and guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading and managing staff, supervising shifts, reconciling tills, receiving and managing inventory, cleaning and organizing the coffee can, helping to train staff on menu items, and working alongside the staff. A typical shift through the week is 8:30am- 4:30pm. But will also be trained on Camp Store processes and may have shifts in the store as well. read more

Kitchen – Food Prep

The primary role of the Food Prep staff within this department is to work alongside the Cooks in the daily preparation of all meals including preparing the yogurt and salad buffets. Tasks include but are not limited to: receiving inventory, chopping vegetables, panning food, slicing lunch meat, wrapping sandwiches, deep-frying, grilling and BBQ'ing. All Food Prep staff are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen through sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, washing dishes, wiping down of surfaces, and sanitizing work stations and food prep areas. A chef's jacket or apron will be provided for each shift. Health Care Centre Administrator

The Health Care Centre Administrator becomes part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals consisting of HCC Managers, physician, two registered nurses and a team of seasonal health care centre staff. Under the supervision and direction of the HCC Managers, the Administrator will be responsible for managing the information database and running the HCC clinic in a professional manner including processing patients, printing charts, inputting information, ordering medications and supporting the team where needed. read more

Health Care Centre Crew

The Health Care Centre Crew becomes part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals consisting of HCC Managers, physician and two registered nurses. Under the supervision and direction of the HCC Managers, the Health Care Centre staff’s primary role within this department is to provide emergency and daily health care to our staff and guests through scheduled clinics, on call support and emergency response. Staff are responsible for communicating with parents, triage, charting, assessment, administration of medications, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, night call with a partner as well as assessment and assisting the presiding MD as required. read more

Health Care Centre Driver

Under the supervision and direction of the HCC Managers, the Health Care Centre Driver is responsible to drive a camp vehicle for scheduled medical appointments for staff and guests, for emergency hospital runs, and run errands as assigned. read more

Production Crew – Operations

The primary role of the Production Crew within this department is to assist in providing quality and creative programming by delivering a professional and seamless experience through audio, visual, lighting and set preparations. The Production Crew supports all production needs for Cadence, Impact, Spark, evening activities, Cabin Chat, Conversation Cafe and other events as required. Production Operations staff are responsible to support all audio, visual, lighting and set-up needs of their assigned section including moving, lifting, set up and takedown of staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents etc.) and equipment. (speakers, microphones, lights etc.) A typical schedule in Production is varied throughout the week depending on the program needs of each day and week that includes daytime and evening work. read more
