Housekeeping Staff
Housekeeping Staff are in charge of keeping things clean and welcoming for everyone, staff and guests alike! They help tidy up meeting areas, public spaces, and restrooms. Daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and giving windows, showers, sinks, and toilets a good clean. Shifts vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the department. read more
Kitchen – Service
Kitchen Service staff are in charge of setting up and managing the hot and cold buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in each dining area. They also are responsible for washing dishes and keeping the dining room tidy and customer ready. That means sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, wiping down surfaces and sanitizing food prep areas. Don’t worry—aprons are provided for your shifts! Shifts can vary throughout the week, so flexibility is key: Breakfast/Lunch (6:00am - 2:30pm), Lunch/Dinner (11:00am - 7:30pm), or Breakfast/Dinner (6:00am - 10:30am & 4:00pm - 7:30pm). read more
Lifeguard
Lifeguards are responsible for supervising the swim beach, creating a safe and fun environment that help our guests learn new skills, make friends, and have an awesome time! Lifeguards oversee the swim beach in shifts from 9am to 5pm, bringing high energy and quality instruction to their area. Each day kicks off and wraps up with team meetings, plus setup and cleanup of their area. Heads up: all instructors also help out with our Stayover Program by leading activities, staying in guest cabins as a stayover counsellor, and pitching in with a cleaning crew. They also assist with evening programs where assigned and participate in Sunday Arrivals. Instructors will also be assigned as transportation staff on at least one Saturday or Sunday throughout the summer. read more

Camp Store Staff
The Camp Store role works alongside our full-time Camp Store Manager to create an outstanding experience for both staff and guests. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service, creating a welcoming environment for everyone, helping train program staff, handling till reconciliation, receiving and managing inventory, plus keeping the store clean and organized daily. read more
Assistant Camp Store Manager
The Assistant Camp Store Manager helps lead the day-to-day operations of the Muskoka Woods Camp Store, supporting exceptional guest service, maximizing revenue in high-margin areas (such as coffee and ice cream), and ensuring smooth operational flow. read more
Kitchen Administrative Assistant
To provide quality food service to staff and guests through: overseeing the day-to-day cooking operations while complying with all Health and Safety standards, proper food-handling techniques and Muskoka Woods standards; providing leadership and direction to kitchen personnel; maintaining a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. read more

The Ropes Specialist is all about adventure, challenge, and safety at new heights—literally! They are the go-to expert for keeping our High and Low Ropes courses running smoothly and safely, making sure every climb, swing, and team challenge is an unforgettable (and secure) experience. read more
2026-2027 Leadership – Maintenance
The Maintenance Leadership are hands-on with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps all accommodations, meeting spaces, public areas, and grounds in excellent shape. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming grass, sweeping, collecting garbage, moving firewood, moving equipment, snow removal, and assisting the full time maintenance staff where needed. read more
