Our Resort office's primary role within this department is to be the hub of all information at Muskoka Woods. Office staff are responsible to provide excellent customer service, assist administratively and actively problem solve in order to best serve our guests and staff. Office staff are responsible for answering phones, serving guests and staff at the front counter, organizing and searching the lost and found, escorting vehicles and registering visitors and guests. read more

Market Research Analyst

The Market Research Analyst’s primary responsibility within this department is to manage and organize all research activities including conducting all guest surveys, predicting reports, analyzing data and communicating research with the appropriate people and departments. The primary role of a Prep Cook within this department is to work alongside the Cooks in the daily preparation of all meals including preparing the yogurt and salad buffets. Tasks include but are not limited to: receiving inventory, chopping vegetables, panning food, slicing lunch meat, wrapping sandwichs, deep frying, grilling and BBQ'ing.
