CEO Program Director
The CEO Program Director oversees the delivery of core components of our CEO program for the CEO's, ages 15 to 17 years old, making sure everything we do hits our customer service standards for safety, detail, sizzle, and development. They lead and coach the Section Heads and counsellors, including training and providing feedback. The CEO Director handles any issues that come up with guests and keeps parents in the loop. Plus, they are actively involved in daily and weekly meetings, supporting their team however they can. Ideally, the CEO Program Director will be available during the following year to attend follow-up events. Contract details to be determined. read more
CEO Section Head
The CEO Section Head is in charge of designing and running amazing programs for our CEO guests ages 15-17 that are fun, safe, and just right for their age. They will lead and support the counsellors in their section, offering training, support, and feedback. They assist in handling guest issues, deliver top-notch customer service, and keep parents in the loop when needed. Ideally the CEO Section Head will be available during the following year to attend follow-up events. read more
Counsellor – CEO
A CEO Counsellor's role is to journey alongside our CEO guests as they walk through and experience our 4 week long leadership program. Counsellors live in the CEO Lodge with the guests and eat all meals with the group. They are also responsible for meeting with their guests one to one, planning and participating in evening programs, and facilitating small group Convo Café conversations. This role is all about building deep connections, so you’ll spend more time with your guests than any other counselling role at Muskoka Woods. Ideally, CEO Counsellors will be available during the following year to attend follow up events. read more
Exceptionalities Program Director
The Exceptionality Director's responsibility is to ensure that our exceptionality guests are supported and cared for. At Muskoka Woods, we host a diverse range of guests, and our mission is to create a space that's safe, fun and boosts everyone's confidence. The main role of the Exceptionality Director is coordinating and overseeing the Exceptionality Program. They lead and train their team of counsellors as well as manage volunteers. They are the go-to person for solving any challenges and connecting with parents and staff to ensure every guest's needs are met. read more

The Exceptionality Section Head's role is to ensure that our exceptionality guests are supported and cared for. The Section Head assists the Exceptionality Director in ensuring the best experience for each guest, solving any challenges and connecting with parents and staff to ensure every guest's needs are met. They will lead and support their counsellors, offering training, support, and feedback. They are also responsible for weekly staff assignments and schedules. read more
Counsellor – Exceptionality
The job of an Exceptionality Counsellor is to support and care for our exceptionality guests. At Muskoka Woods, we host a diverse range of guests, and our mission is to create a space that's safe, fun and boosts everyone's confidence. Exceptionality Counsellors provide care to assigned guests through check-ins and one-on-one support, ensuring our guests needs are not just met, but exceeded. That means showing care, getting involved in activities, and lending a hand to our guests for their specific needs. Depending on how many exceptionality guests are at camp, counsellors may be asked to pitch in on other camp duties as well, so flexibility is key. read more
Area Head – Arts
Area Heads are in charge of overseeing the activities in their area, making sure it is safe, fun, and a space where guests can develop their skills! The Arts Area Head oversees Arts n Crafts, Creative Arts, Screen Printing, Content Creators, Podcasting, and Woodworking (list is subject to change). They lead and support their team of instructors, handling training, coaching, and providing feedback. They are responsible for managing all equipment for their area, writing and updating lesson plans, dealing with guest issues, and of course providing top notch customer service. A day in the life looks like running activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm, with daily team meetings and setup/cleanup at the start and end of each day. Heads up: Area Heads will be responsible for helping lead and execute our weekend stayover program. This will include overseeing instructors at activities, work projects and helping to lead evening program. Area Heads will also be assigned to be a Transportation Bus Captain at least once throughout the summer. read more
Area Head – Culinary Arts
Area Heads are in charge of overseeing the activities in their area, making sure it is safe, fun, and a space where guests can develop their skills! The Culinary Arts Area Head's assigned areas are as follows: Baking, Cake Decorating, and Culinary. They lead and support their team of instructors, handling training, coaching, and providing feedback. They are responsible for managing all equipment for their area, writing and updating lesson plans, dealing with guest issues, and of course providing top notch customer service. A day in the life looks like running activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm, with daily team meetings and setup/cleanup at the start and end of each day. Heads up: Area Heads will be responsible for helping lead and execute our weekend stayover program. This will include overseeing instructors at activities, work projects and helping to lead evening program. Area Head – Kraken Waterslide
Area Heads are in charge of overseeing the activities in their area, making sure it is safe, fun, and a space where guests can develop their skills! At the Kraken, this Area Head will lead and support their team of instructors, handling training, coaching, and providing feedback. They are responsible for managing all equipment for their area, writing and updating lesson plans, dealing with guest issues, ensuring that all inspections and log sheets are completed each day, and of course providing top notch customer service. A day in the life looks like working shifts between 9am and 7pm overseeing the Kraken Waterslide, with daily team meetings and setup/cleanup at the start and end of each day. Heads up: Area Heads will be responsible for helping lead and execute our weekend stayover program. This will include overseeing instructors at activities, work projects and helping to lead evening program. Area Heads will also be assigned to be a Transportation Bus Captain at least once throughout the summer. read more
Area Head – Laser Tag
Area Heads are in charge of overseeing the activities in their area, making sure it is safe, fun, and a space where guests can develop their skills! The Laser Tag Area Head is responsible for the Laser Tag area including our ""Lunch time Laser Tag pass"" add on. They lead and support their team of instructors, handling training, coaching, and providing feedback. They are responsible for managing all equipment for their area, writing and updating lesson plans, dealing with guest issues, and of course providing top notch customer service. A day in life looks like running activities from 9am to 12pm, scheduling or running the laser tag pass program from 12:00 to 1:30pm, and activities from 2pm to 5pm. Heads up: Area Heads will be responsible for helping lead and execute our weekend stayover program. This will include overseeing instructors at activities, work projects and helping to lead evening program. Area Heads will also be assigned to be a Transportation Bus Captain at least once throughout the summer. read more
