Instructor Stand-Up Paddleboard & Windsurf
Stand-Up Paddleboard & Windsurfing Instructors are responsible for leading fun and safe activities that help our guests learn new skills, make friends, and have an awesome time! Instructors run activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm each day, bringing high energy and quality instruction to their area. Each day kicks off and wraps up with team meetings, plus setup and cleanup of their area. Heads up: all instructors also help out with our Stayover Program by leading activities, staying in guest cabins as a stayover counsellor, and pitching in with a cleaning crew. They also assist with evening programs where assigned and participate in Sunday Arrivals. Instructors will also be assigned as transportation staff on at least one Saturday or Sunday throughout the summer. read more

Assistant to Production Manager
The Assistant to the Production Manager plays a key role in supporting the fast-paced and ever-changing world of audio/visual at Muskoka Woods. This position is instrumental in supporting the administrative side of the Production team with projects and tasks outlined by the Production Manager. Tasks will include but are not limited to: coordinating the Production Manager's schedule, supporting the Production team and producer's needs, engaging with other Support team members, organizing weekly meetings with Production and Support, and managing Support team gatherings. read more
Videographer
Videographers are in charge of planning, shooting, and editing videos created for Cadence, Spark, Impact, Conversation Cafe, and other cool projects. Their daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on what is needed, so applicants can expect a mix of daytime and evening work. read more
Production Crew – Operations
The Production Crew is essential in delivering events that are seamless and professional. They are responsible for audio, visual, lighting and set preparations, making sure everything looks and sounds good. They help out with all production needs for Cadence, Impact, Spark, evening activities, Cabin Chat, Convo Cafe, and other events as needed. In order to support all audio, visual, lighting and set-up needs of their assigned areas, they move, lift, set up and takedown staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents, etc.) and equipment (speakers, microphones, lights, etc.). Their schedule varies through the week based on event needs including both daytime and evening shifts. read more
Camp Photographer
Camp Photographer's capture genuine moments of kids having a blast at camp for parents to view at home—think activities, laughter, playing with friends, and enjoying evening programs! A day in the life will include using a camp DSL camera to take 300-400 photos of guests per day during activities and evening events. Camp Photographers also help create content for our social media with their photos and videos, attend daily and weekly team meetings, and take on other tasks as needed. read more
Nanny / Support Staff
Nannies provide childcare and assistance to families on camp property during the summer. Their main job is to serve as a loving, nurturing, and trustworthy companion and caregiver to the kids. They supervise, play and engage with children of their assigned family, ages ranging from newborns to 13 years old. Each family will have their own specific responsibilities and schedules. read more
Staff Coach – Community Life
Muskoka Woods believes that pouring into our staff and providing holistic care for each person will result in an overflow of safety and care for our guests. To make that a reality, Muskoka Woods hires a team of Staff Coaches who are responsible for leading community initiatives, they champion our ministry to staff and come along side staff as needed. The Community Life Staff Coach coordinates all community life events such as Staff Snack, staff socials and other fun and creative events as well as providing intentional support and care to our younger staff. Staff Coaches are also responsible to support our community through leading large and small group events, conducting one to one’s, and supporting the overall staff team where necessary and bring insight to the overall well being of our community and staff. All Staff Coaches are required to attend team meetings, lead small groups, attend Soul House, support Cadence, drive for hospital runs, and conduct One to Ones. read more
Health Care Centre Assistant
The Health Care Centre Assistant is a part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals consisting of the Healthcare Centre Manager, Director, a physician, and two registered nurses. Under the supervision and guidance of the HCC Manager and Director, the HCC Assistant helps with medical screening for all our summer guests. This is an administrative role where the Assistant will work alongside the HCC Manager and be responsible for working through medical form reports, screen guests, and share that information with the appropriate departments. They support guest care and promote health by ensuring that protocols under infection control are being executed properly. They will also handle any other tasks requested by the Healthcare Centre Manager and Director. read more
Health Care Centre Crew
The Health Care Centre Crew is a part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals consisting of the Healthcare Centre Manager, Director, a physician, and two registered nurses. Under the supervision and guidance of the HCC Manager and Director, the Health Care Centre Crew provides emergency and daily health care to our staff and guests through scheduled clinics, on call support, and emergency response. They are responsible for handling triage and charting, assessments, administering medications, and keeping equipment clean and sterilized. Periodically, they will do night calls with a partner and will always work collaboratively with two registered nurses as well as assist the presiding MD as required. read more
