Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for executing the company’s sales tactics, primarily through outbound phone calls to prospective guests and their families to lead them through the sales cycle, and will track the results to measure campaign success. Office Staff

Our Resort office's primary role within this department is to be the hub of all information at Muskoka Woods. Office staff are responsible to provide excellent customer service, assist administratively and actively problem solve in order to best serve our guests and staff. Office staff are responsible for answering phones, serving guests and staff at the front counter, organizing and searching the lost and found, escorting vehicles and registering visitors and guests. read more

Staff Coach – HR Assistant

Muskoka Woods believes that pouring into our staff and providing wholistic care for each person will result in an overflow of safety and care for our guests. To make that a reality, Muskoka Woods hires a team of Staff Coaches that are responsible to lead community initiatives, champion our BELLS and come along side staff as needed. The primary role of the Staff Coach Worship Coordinator is to coordinate worship for events such as Cadence, Soul House and Soul Food. Staff Coaches are also responsible to support our community through leading large and small group events, conducting one to one’s, and supporting the overall staff team where necessary and bring insight to the overall well being of our community and staff. All Staff Coaches are required to attend team meetings, lead small groups, attend Soul House, support Cadence, drive for hospital runs, and conduct One to Ones. Leadership staff are regularly assigned to the Night Watch schedule, the Dining Room Maitre'd schedule, to Super Saturday duties. read more

Market Research Analyst

The Market Research Analyst’s primary responsibility within this department is to manage and organize all research activities including conducting all guest surveys, predicting reports, analyzing data and communicating research with the appropriate people and departments. Other duties include: daily and weekly meetings, guest and department follow up, organizing focus groups and compiling feedback, Super Saturday duties, assisting the Marketing and Sales team as required. read more

Area Head – Waterfront Activities

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. The Racket Sports Area Head's assigned areas are as follows: Tennis, Pickleball, and Badminton. Area Heads provide leadership to the instructors in their area(s) including training, coaching and performance review. Area Heads are responsible to assist with equipment and facilities management, guest issues, and provide great customer service. A typical day within the Arts and Athletics department is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. Daily meetings with your team as well as set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. read more

Kitchen Service Staff Spring 2020

The primary role of the Kitchen Service Staff within this department is to set up and manage the cold and hot buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in each dining room. All Service Crew are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining hall areas through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, garbage removal, wiping down of surfaces, sanitizing work stations and food prep areas. A typical shift for Service Staff is varied throughout the week (6:00am - 2:30pm, 11:00am - 7:30pm, 6:00am - 10:30am/4pm - 7:30pm) read more
