Guest Relations Summer Supervisor
The Guest Relations Summer Supervisor plays a key leadership role in creating a warm, positive, and seamless experience for our camp families. This position supports the Guest Relations team in ensuring that every interaction reflects Muskoka Woods’ commitment to excellence in customer service and care. Working closely with the Guest Relations Specialists, the Summer Supervisor provides hands-on leadership through coaching, training, and daily support. They help the team manage parent inquiries and ensure that each family feels confident and cared for - from the moment they register to the day their child arrives at camp. In this role, you’ll manage important aspects of the registration process, including payments, personal information, transportation details, and store accounts. You’ll also play an important part in guiding families through the registration and booking process - helping them choose the right program options, answering questions about availability, and assisting with upgrades or add-ons to enhance their child’s camp experience. Your goal is to make every interaction clear, positive, and confidence-building for parents while supporting the overall sales and enrollment goals of the camp. In addition to their service responsibilities, the Guest Relations Summer Supervisor also plays a key role in understanding how families experience Muskoka Woods. They gather and review feedback through surveys, conversations, and focus groups, helping us see what’s working well and where we can improve. By sharing what they learn with our leadership and other teams, they help shape future plans and ensure we’re always enhancing the guest experience. Guest Relations Specialist
The Guest Relations Specialist plays a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for Muskoka Woods families. This position focuses on caring for parents and guests before, during, and after their time at camp - ensuring that every detail is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth. In this role, you’ll manage important aspects of the registration process, including payments, personal information, transportation details, and store accounts. You’ll also play an important part in guiding families through the registration and booking process - helping them choose the right program options, answering questions about availability, and assisting with upgrades or add-ons to enhance their child’s camp experience. Your goal is to make every interaction clear, positive, and confidence-building for parents while supporting the overall sales and enrollment goals of the camp. You’ll be one of the main points of contact for families, answering questions and resolving issues through phone, email, and live chat with professionalism, patience, and a genuine desire to help. Beyond day-to-day service, Guest Relations Specialists also help us better understand how families experience Muskoka Woods. They gather and review guest feedback through surveys and conversations, help compile reports, and share observations that support continuous improvement. Contributing to making each summer even better for our guests and their parents. Guest Relations Specialists may also assist with preparing and distributing reports and coordinating weekly transportation logistics to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. Producer – Large Group Experiences
Ministry Events are a special part of each night at Muskoka Woods, with WILD and Venture guests participating in Cabin Chat and Spark, and Junior High, Senior High and CREW guests in Conversation Cafe and Impact. During this time, staff and guests share on topics including Christian values, character and personal beliefs. These sessions create a safe space for listening, laughing and learning about values and morals through Bible stories, music, speakers and in other creative ways. Whatever the occasion, our conversations are age appropriate and respectful of all religions and beliefs. The Producer of Large Group Experiences is the mastermind behind creating engaging and memorable experiences for our guests, planning and executing seamless events that showcase our creative ministry programming. This happens through: planning an "order of service", rehearsing, programming, managing "talent" and liaising with the Video and Production Coordinators who manage the audio, visual, lighting and set preparations for the guest ministry initiatives. The Producer will work closely with the Staff Coach Guest Communicators and other talented staff in their communication skills, delivery of content, as well as skits and presentations. They will work in coordination with the Production Manager to ensure a seamless delivery of content at the large and small group experiences. Large group experiences include: Spark, Impact, Friday Finale, Opening Day Show and Cadence. Smaller group experiences include: Convo Cafe and Cabin Chat. Producers are also required to be part of Super Sunday and engage in our staff mentoring program, taking on 4-6 One to One's. read more
Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator works behind the scenes to make sure events run smoothly. They are responsible for delivering a professional and seamless experience through top-notch audio, visuals, lighting, and set preparation. They support all production needs for Cadence, Impact, Spark, evening activities, Cabin Chat, Conversation Cafe and other events as required. The Production Coordinator assists the full-time Production Manager in managing outcomes and providing excellent service to our guests. They lead the Production Crew including providing training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews. Their work schedule is varied throughout the week based on event needs, so prepare for both daytime and evening shifts. read more
Video Coordinator
The Video Coordinator oversees, produces, and approves all videos created for Cadence, Spark, Impact, Conversation Cafe, and other special projects. They lead their team of Videographers, handling everything from training and scheduling to coaching and giving feedback. They collaborate closely with Event Producers, the Production Coordinator, and program teams. Their schedule will vary throughout the week depending on what is needed, so applicants can expect a mix of daytime and evening work. read more
Assistant to Production Manager
The Assistant to the Production Manager plays a key role in supporting the fast-paced and ever-changing world of audio/visual at Muskoka Woods. This position is instrumental in supporting the administrative side of the Production team with projects and tasks outlined by the Production Manager. Tasks will include but are not limited to: coordinating the Production Manager's schedule, supporting the Production team and producer's needs, engaging with other Support team members, organizing weekly meetings with Production and Support, and managing Support team gatherings. read more

Videographers are in charge of planning, shooting, and editing videos created for Cadence, Spark, Impact, Conversation Cafe, and other cool projects. Their daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on what is needed, so applicants can expect a mix of daytime and evening work. read more
Production Crew – Operations
The Production Crew is essential in delivering events that are seamless and professional. They are responsible for audio, visual, lighting and set preparations, making sure everything looks and sounds good. They help out with all production needs for Cadence, Impact, Spark, evening activities, Cabin Chat, Convo Cafe, and other events as needed. In order to support all audio, visual, lighting and set-up needs of their assigned areas, they move, lift, set up and takedown staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents, etc.) and equipment (speakers, microphones, lights, etc.). Their schedule varies through the week based on event needs including both daytime and evening shifts. read more
Staff Coach – Administrator
Muskoka Woods believes that pouring into our staff and providing holistic care for each person will result in an overflow of safety and care for our guests. To make that a reality, Muskoka Woods hires a team of Staff Coaches who are responsible for leading community initiatives, they champion ministry to staff and come alongside others as needed. The Staff Coach Administrator is responsible for coordinating and assigning all staff One to Ones as well as Small Groups and overseeing the master scheduling of events and meetings. Staff Coaches are also responsible to support our community through leading large and small group events, conducting one to one’s, supporting the overall staff team where necessary and to bring insight to the overall well being of our community and staff. All Staff Coaches are required to attend team meetings, lead small groups, attend Soul House, support Cadence, drive for hospital runs, and conduct One to Ones. read more
Staff Coach – Guest Communicator
At Muskoka Woods, we offer special nightly sessions for our guests across different age groups, including WILD (6 - 8 year old), Venture (9 - 10 year old), Junior High (11 - 12 year old), Senior High (13 - 14 year old), and CREW (15 - 16 year old). These sessions focus on topics related to Christian values, character, and personal beliefs, providing a safe and respectful space for discussions using Bible stories and other creative methods. Staff Coach Guest Communicators play a vital role in delivering content at Convo Cafe sessions (Exploring Life and Diving Deeper) with Junior High, Senior High, and CREW, as well as at Cabin Chat with WILD and Venture, and finally, at Spark, and Impact (a weekly large group multi-media experience). Our aim is to encourage our guests to think critically and inclusively. Whatever the occasion, our conversations are age appropriate and respectful of all religions and beliefs. All Staff Coaches are required to attend team meetings, lead small groups, attend Soul House, support Cadence, drive for hospital runs, and conduct One to Ones. read more
