Producer – Large Group Experiences
Ministry Events are a special part of each night at Muskoka Woods, with WILD and Venture guests participating in Cabin Chat and Spark, and Junior High, Senior High and CREW guests in Conversation Cafe and Impact. During this time, staff and guests share on topics including Christian values, character and personal beliefs. These sessions create a safe space for listening, laughing and learning about values and morals through Bible stories, music, speakers and in other creative ways. Whatever the occasion, our conversations are age appropriate and respectful of all religions and beliefs. The Producer of Large Group Experiences is the mastermind behind creating engaging and memorable experiences for our guests, planning and executing seamless events that showcase our creative ministry programming. This happens through: planning an "order of service", rehearsing, programming, managing "talent" and liaising with the Video and Production Coordinators who manage the audio, visual, lighting and set preparations for the guest ministry initiatives. The Producer will work closely with the Staff Coach Guest Communicators and other talented staff in their communication skills, delivery of content, as well as skits and presentations. They will work in coordination with the Production Manager to ensure a seamless delivery of content at the large and small group experiences. Large group experiences include: Spark, Impact, Friday Finale, Opening Day Show and Cadence. Smaller group experiences include: Convo Cafe and Cabin Chat. Producers are also required to be part of Super Sunday and engage in our staff mentoring program, taking on 4-6 One to One's. read more
