Business Analyst Associate
The Business Analyst Associate role serves on the Business Analyst Team and participates in a wide range of technology and process improvement projects across Muskoka Woods. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Associate will assist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our core software systems (e.g., CircuiTree, Freshdesk, and Venue360), collaborate with various departments to support internal initiatives, and ensure accuracy and detail across project deliverables. read more
Guest Relations Coordinator
The Guest Relations Coordinator assists in preparing both our customers and staff for life-changing summer experiences through unmatched service, clear communication, and diligent follow-through of key tasks. The role advocates for our customers' best interests, and Muskoka Woods’ best solutions. The Guest Relations Coordinator will track with customers during and following the registration process, providing support and answering questions across various mediums (in person, over the phone, email, live chat). The position is responsible for administering all tasks pertaining to registration and parent preparation prior to and during the summer, executing on special projects, and leading seasonal summer staff. read more
Guest Relations Manager
The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for driving and delivering on our day-to-day operations in Guest Relations. Guest Relations prepares both our customers, guests, and our team for life-changing summer experiences through unmatched service, clear communication, and diligent follow-through of key tasks. The role leads our Guest Relations Coordinators as they advocate for our customers' best interests, and Muskoka Woods’ best solutions. The Guest Relations Manager will focus on achieving our daily, weekly and quarterly objectives throughout the customer service and sales cycles. The position is responsible for leading and ensuring all tasks pertaining to the success of the coordinators as they care for our customers including training, scheduling, service recoveries, special projects and participating in the hiring process. read more
Sous Chef
To provide quality food service to staff and guests through: overseeing the day-to-day cooking operations while complying with all Health and Safety standards, proper food-handling techniques and Muskoka Woods standards; providing leadership and direction to kitchen personnel; maintaining a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. read more
2025-2026 Leadership – Maintenance
The Maintenance Leadership are hands-on with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps all accommodations, meeting spaces, public areas, and grounds in excellent shape. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming grass, sweeping, collecting garbage, moving firewood, moving equipment, snow removal, and assisting the full time maintenance staff where needed. read more

The role of the Staff Coach is to work alongside the Human Resources team to support and care for our staff, both individually and as a community. read more

Kitchen Service Staff are essential in setting up and managing all hot and cold buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in the dining areas. read more

The Prep Cook works alongside the Cooks to prepare delicious meals for staff and guests, including the yogurt and salad buffets. read more
Fall 2025 – Maintenance
Maintenance Staff contribute to the maintenance and care of all accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces, and grounds at Muskoka Woods, making sure everything looks sharp. read more
