Office Supervisor
The Main Office is the hub of all information at Muskoka Woods. Working alongside the full-time Office Manager, the Office Supervisor is responsible for creating a fun and productive environment for our young Office staff. They provide top-notch customer service and respond to the needs of parents, staff, and guests, whether it's on the phone, via email, or in person at the front desk. The Office Supervisor oversees the office functions and processes. They manage shifts, respond to phone calls and emails, keep track of guests on property, solve any issues that pop up, and work closely with other departments to keep communication clear and accurate. read more
Kitchen Service Supervisor
The role of Kitchen Service Supervisor is to support the Dining Hall Manager with everything from leading our kitchen crew to ensuring our guests have a great dining experience. They are in charge of creating a fun and efficient work environment, keeping things lively and productive for our young staff, and making sure both our kitchen and dining areas are spotless. Supervisors work alongside their staff participating in tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, wiping surfaces, sanitizing stations, and washing dishes. Don’t worry—the aprons are on us! They provide support for their team of kitchen staff and are responsible for evaluations. Shifts will vary throughout the week with some early mornings and late evenings (example: Breakfast/Lunch (6:00am - 2:30pm), Lunch/Dinner (11:00am - 7:30pm), or Breakfast/Dinner (6:00am - 10:30am & 4:00pm - 7:30pm). read more
Video Coordinator
The Video Coordinator oversees, produces, and approves all videos created for Cadence, Spark, Impact, Conversation Cafe, and other special projects. They lead their team of Videographers, handling everything from training and scheduling to coaching and giving feedback. They collaborate closely with Event Producers, the Production Coordinator, and program teams. Their schedule will vary throughout the week depending on what is needed, so applicants can expect a mix of daytime and evening work. read more
Staff Coach – Guest Communicator
At Muskoka Woods, we offer special nightly sessions for our guests across different age groups, including WILD (6 - 8 year old), Venture (9 - 10 year old), Junior High (11 - 12 year old), Senior High (13 - 14 year old), and CREW (15 - 16 year old). These sessions focus on topics related to Christian values, character, and personal beliefs, providing a safe and respectful space for discussions using Bible stories and other creative methods. Staff Coach Guest Communicators play a vital role in delivering content at Convo Cafe sessions (Exploring Life and Diving Deeper) with Junior High, Senior High, and CREW, as well as at Cabin Chat with WILD and Venture, and finally, at Spark, and Impact (a weekly large group multi-media experience). Our aim is to encourage our guests to think critically and inclusively. Whatever the occasion, our conversations are age appropriate and respectful of all religions and beliefs. All Staff Coaches are required to attend team meetings, lead small groups, attend Soul House, support Cadence, drive for hospital runs, and conduct One to Ones. read more
Staff Coach – Community Life
Muskoka Woods believes that pouring into our staff and providing holistic care for each person will result in an overflow of safety and care for our guests. To make that a reality, Muskoka Woods hires a team of Staff Coaches who are responsible for leading community initiatives, they champion our ministry to staff and come along side staff as needed. The Community Life Staff Coach coordinates all community life events such as Staff Snack, staff socials and other fun and creative events as well as providing intentional support and care to our younger staff. Staff Coaches are also responsible to support our community through leading large and small group events, conducting one to one’s, and supporting the overall staff team where necessary and bring insight to the overall well being of our community and staff. All Staff Coaches are required to attend team meetings, lead small groups, attend Soul House, support Cadence, drive for hospital runs, and conduct One to Ones. read more
Assistant to Production Manager
The Assistant to the Production Manager plays a key role in supporting the fast-paced and ever-changing world of audio/visual at Muskoka Woods. This position is instrumental in supporting the Administrative side of the Production team with projects and tasks outlined by the Production Manager. Tasks will include but are not limited to: coordinating the Production Manager's schedule, supporting the Production team and producer's needs, supporting with Bunk 1, engaging with other Support team members, organizing weekly meetings with Production and Support, and managing Support team gatherings. read more
Producer – Large Group Experiences
Ministry Events are a special part of each night at Muskoka Woods, with WILD and Venture guests participating in Cabin Chat and Spark, and Junior High, Senior High and CREW guests in Conversation Cafe and Impact. During this time, staff and guests share on topics including Christian values, character and personal beliefs. These sessions create a safe space for listening, laughing and learning about values and morals through Bible stories, music, speakers and in other creative ways. Whatever the occasion, our conversations are age appropriate and respectful of all religions and beliefs. The Producer of Large Group Experiences is the mastermind behind creating engaging and memorable experiences for our guests, planning and executing seamless events that showcase our creative ministry programming. This happens through: planning an "order of service", rehearsing, programming, managing "talent" and liaising with the Video and Production Coordinators who manage the audio, visual, lighting and set preparations for the guest ministry initiatives. The Producer will work closely with the Staff Coach Guest Communicators and other talented staff in their communication skills, delivery of content, as well as skits and presentations. They will work in coordination with the Production Manager to ensure a seamless delivery of content at the large and small group experiences. Large group experiences include: Spark, Impact, Friday Finale, Opening Day Show and Cadence. Smaller group experiences include: Convo Cafe and Cabin Chat. Producers are also required to be part of Super Sunday and engage in our staff mentoring program, taking on 4-6 One to One's. read more
Counsellor – WILD – Boys Cabins
A WILD Counsellor's job is to keep our 6 to 8 year old guests safe and help them have a great week at camp. This means creating a fun and supportive space in the cabin for them to learn, grow, and make new friends. Counsellors live in cabins with our guests, eat meals together, and participate in evening activities. They also lead small group chats during Convo Cafe each night. All counsellors are required to instruct in a skill area for one period each day - this is called "Switch Em Up". Heads up: counsellors may be moved to other age sections throughout the summer based on our needs for the week. This will be up to the discretion of the Summer Program Manager. read more

A CREW High Counsellor's job is to keep our 15 to 16 year old guests safe and help them have a great week at camp. This means creating a fun and supportive space in the cabin for them to learn, grow, and make new friends. Counsellors live in cabins with our guests, eat meals together, and participate in evening activities. They also lead small group chats during Convo Cafe each night. All counsellors are required to instruct in a skill area for one period each day - this is called "Switch Em Up".
