We are located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau and specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. Job Description

The Hospitality department’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our guests and staff. Hospitality staff help to provide a seamless experience by serving the needs of the guests, noticing details, taking initiative to ensure staff and guests feel cared for, and creating a clean and inviting environment for all.

The primary role of the Housekeeping Staff within this department is to create a clean and inviting environment for all staff and guests by contributing to the cleaning and care of accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces and restrooms. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, showers, sinks and toilets. The Housekeeping staff will be working alongside an outsourced company. Housekeeping Staff typically work 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm 6 days a week.

Staff are required to attend all meetings as outlined during staff training including Cadence and Small Group.

Salary Range

$200 – $230 per week plus room and board.

Full Summer Bonus

Each hospitality employee who commits their entire summer (with some exceptions for Classic) will qualify for a $300 bonus to be given at the end of the summer.

June 21 - August 30, 2024

Essential Functions

• Have physical strength & ability to lift/move small and large objects (ie. vacuum cleaner, garbage bags, boxes, and inventory)
• Possess the ability to work for 7- 9 hours at a time
• Ability to participate in work projects – lifting and carrying between 10 – 30 lbs
• Be able to stoop, bend, and crouch
  Have the ability to communicate well with staff and guests
