Business Analyst Associate
The Business Analyst Associate role serves on the Business Analyst Team and participates in a wide range of technology and process improvement projects across Muskoka Woods. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Associate will assist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our core software systems (e.g., CircuiTree, Freshdesk, and Venue360), collaborate with various departments to support internal initiatives, and ensure accuracy and detail across project deliverables. read more

To provide quality food service to staff and guests through: overseeing the day-to-day cooking operations while complying with all Health and Safety standards, proper food-handling techniques and Muskoka Woods standards; providing leadership and direction to kitchen personnel; maintaining a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. read more
2025-2026 Leadership – Maintenance
The Maintenance Leadership are hands-on with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps all accommodations, meeting spaces, public areas, and grounds in excellent shape. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming grass, sweeping, collecting garbage, moving firewood, moving equipment, snow removal, and assisting the full time maintenance staff where needed. read more

The Kitchen Leadership role is vital in serving up great food for both staff and guests while supporting our full-time kitchen crew. read more
Fall 2025 – Kitchen Service
Kitchen Service Staff are essential in setting up and managing all hot and cold buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in the dining areas. read more
Fall 2025 – Prep Cook
The Prep Cook works alongside the Cooks to prepare delicious meals for staff and guests, including the yogurt and salad buffets. read more
Fall 2025 – Maintenance
Maintenance Staff contribute to the maintenance and care of all accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces, and grounds at Muskoka Woods, making sure everything looks sharp. read more
Winter/Spring – 2026 Activity Instructor
The primary role of a Host Instructor is to instruct guests in a variety of sports, adventure activities, arts, nature and team-building programs. Staff are trained in program delivery for up to 25 different activities and are required to run activities for groups of 10 to 20 children at a time. Host instructors often travel around with their assigned group of guests but can also be assigned to specialize in one area depending on the needs of the group. A typical schedule for Host Instructors is from 8am to 5pm daily with 1 to 2 evening shifts/week as a team to provide evening program, serve snack, cover the office and work in the Camp Store. read more

The Office staff deliver excellent customer service to both staff and guests, assisting administratively and actively problem solving. read more
