Muskoka Woods offers seasonal employment opportunities all year round to student applicants who are looking to develop new skills, grow in their faith, serve our guests and have fun!
2026-2027 Leadership – Maintenance
The Maintenance Leadership are hands-on with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps all accommodations, meeting spaces, public areas, and grounds in excellent shape. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming grass, sweeping, collecting garbage, moving firewood, moving equipment, snow removal, and assisting the full time maintenance staff where needed. read more
2026-2027 Leadership – Camp Store
The Camp Store Leadership role works alongside our full-time Camp Store Manager to create an outstanding experience for both staff and guests. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service, creating a welcoming environment for everyone, helping train program staff, supervising shifts, handling till reconciliation, receiving and managing inventory, plus keeping the store clean and organized daily. read more

The Kitchen Leadership role is vital in serving up great food for both staff and guests while supporting our full-time kitchen crew. read more
Fall 2026 – Activity Instructor
Activity Instructors are responsible for leading guests in a range of awesome sports, adventure activities, arts, nature explorations, and team-building programs. They are trained in up to 25 different activities which they instruct to our guests at Muskoka Woods. A day in the life looks like running activities and programs for groups of 10 to 20 kids at a time. They will often travel with an assigned group, or specialize in one area based on the group's needs. Work hours are typically from 8am to 5pm with 1 to 2 evening shifts each week to help run evening programs, serve snack, cover the office, assist in the Camp Store, help out with dish shifts and do occasional work projects to keep everything running smoothly! read more
Fall 2026 – Prep Cook
The Prep Cook works alongside the Cooks to prepare delicious meals for staff and guests, including the yogurt and salad buffets. read more
Fall 2026 – Maintenance
Maintenance Staff contribute to the maintenance and care of all accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces, and grounds at Muskoka Woods, making sure everything looks sharp. read more
Fall 2026 – Kitchen Service
Kitchen Service Staff are essential in setting up and managing all hot and cold buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in the dining areas. They help with washing and putting away dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing workstations to keep the kitchen and dining halls clean and organized. Shifts will vary throughout the week, typically ranging from early mornings to evenings (like 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 6:00am - 10:30am/4pm - 7:30pm). They will also be required to work all three Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner shifts one day a week. read more
Winter/Spring 2027 – Office Staff
The Main Office is the hub of all information at Muskoka Woods. The Office staff deliver excellent customer service to both staff and guests, assisting administratively and actively problem solving. They will handle general office tasks, including evenings and weekends, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They are responsible for answering calls, assisting guests and staff at the front counter, collecting feedback through surveys, managing the lost and found, and registering visitors and guests. Heads up: office staff also help out with dish shifts and occasional work projects to keep everything running smoothly! read more

Winter/Spring 2027 – Production Staff
Production Staff work alongside the Production Coordinator and Production Leadership to deliver excellent production services for our guests. They support all audio, visual, lighting, and set-up needs to make every event shine. They are responsible for moving and lifting equipment, handling the set-up and takedown of staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents, etc.) and gear (speakers, microphones, lights). A typical schedule will include a mix of daytime and evening shifts depending on our guests' needs, so flexibility is key! read more
