Area Head – Racket Sports

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. The Racket Sports Area Head's assigned areas are as follows: Tennis, Pickleball, and Badminton. Area Heads provide leadership to the instructors in their area(s) including training, coaching and performance review. Area Heads are responsible to assist with equipment and facilities management, guest issues, and provide great customer service. A typical day within the Arts and Athletics department is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. Daily meetings with your team as well as set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. read more

Area Head – Swim Beach

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. The Swim Beach Area Head is responsible for all swimming activities at the swim beach including weekly swim tests, free swim, the Wibit and the Blob. Area Heads provide leadership to the instructors in their area(s) including training, coaching and performance review. Area Heads are responsible to assist with equipment and facilities management, guest issues, and provide great customer service. A typical day within the Arts and Athletics department is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. Area Head – Skatepark

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. The Skatepark Area Head will oversee two skatepark locations and their assigned activities are as follows: BMX, Skateboarding, Scooters, Longboarding and Drift Trikes. Area Heads provide leadership to the instructors in their area(s) including training, coaching and performance review. Area Heads are responsible to assist with equipment and facilities management, guest issues, and provide great customer service. Area Head – Kraken Waterslide

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. A typical day for a Kraken Area Head is to work shifts between 9am and 7pm overseeing the Kraken Waterslide. Area Head – Host Instructors

The Area Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, oversee and execute activities for their assigned area(s) that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age-appropriate. The Host Area Head's primary responsibility within this department is to oversee the Host Instructors who travel around with a group of WILD or Venture guests to a variety of activities. The Host Area Head is responsible for ensuring their staff are trained in all activity areas and in making a fun atmosphere while travelling from one activity to the next. The Host Area Head assists in the planning and execution of Venture Specialty Weeks along side the Specialty Weeks Section Head. The Host Area Head is also responsible for the delivery of our Resort Day Camp experience, including some administrative duties. Area Heads provide leadership to the instructors in their area(s) including training, coaching and performance review. Area Heads are responsible to assist with equipment and facilities management, guest issues, and provide great customer service. A typical day within the Arts and Athletics department is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm.
