Each season begins with staff training which allows coaching in every position. Muskoka Woods has a core value of Intentional Growth, which carries from the Senior Leadership Team to each of our staff. As you guide our guests through their own life-changing experiences, you will gain customer service and team building experience in a Christian community that promotes personal and professional development.
