Muskoka Woods is a Christian youth development organization that welcomes everyone to an experience for a lifetime. We are located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau. We specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages.

Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time

Job Purpose

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports the Marketing & Sales Manager by executing the marketing and sales plan for Summer Camp, Schools & Groups and Recruitment. This role primarily project manages creative services and events which serves each internal departments’ needs. They also work with the existing customer to drive 3R (return, related, referral) sales via social media, email marketing, advertising, and phone sales tactics. This person is accountable for contributing to goals that meet registration and revenue targets.

Key Job Functions


  • Assist with organizing and managing workflow of marketing materials and creative assets
  • Tracking and reporting sales, event and digital marketing KPIs
  • Working at events and tradeshows (physical work and driving required, events may be on evenings and weekends)
  • Outbound sales calls
  • Administrative support
  • Work on special projects for other SBMUs as required
  • Measure campaign successes and produce sales reports and presentations on results as required
  • Participate in sales efforts at conferences, exhibitions and parent presentations


  • Attend and participate in department meetings as well as both internal and external corporate events as required (Town Halls, Monday Huddles, etc.)
  • Other requests/special projects as outlined by Marketing & Sales Manager

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Graduate of a business/sales/marketing related university or college program
  • Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience
  • Valid G driver’s license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); online platforms such as Mailchimp and Hootsuite, and trends in popular social media channels. Design software (Adobe Acrobat Writer, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, video editing software), HTML & CMS considered an asset
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends at various locations within the GTA and at the resort

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Highly motivated, goal-driven and self–starter with capability of managing projects through completion with minimal supervision
  • Administrative & project management experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage many simultaneous detailed projects
  • Ability to adapt to change promptly and positively
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A team player who is professional yet fun, and able to engage well with internal staff, guests and parents

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to talk, hear, see and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with guests and staff
