Section Head – Junior High

The Junior High Section Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create and execute programs for our guests ages 11 to 13 years old that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age appropriate. Section Heads provide leadership to the counsellors in their section including training, coaching and performance review. Section Heads are also responsible to assist with guest issues, provide great customer service and liaise with parents when needed. read more

Section Head – Specialty Weeks

The Specialty Weeks Section Head’s primary responsibility within this department is to create, coordinate, and execute our Venture Specialty Weeks (Spy Camp, Girl Power, Muskoka Chef and Water Adventure) that are fun, developmentally focused and age appropriate. The Section Head will provide leadership to the assigned counsellors and instructors on a week by week basis including training, coaching and performance review. Section Heads are also responsible to assist with guest issues, provide great customer service and liaise with parents when needed. read more

Program Director – CEO

The CEO Program Director’s primary responsibility within this department is to oversee the delivery of core components of the CEO program as well as the design and delivery of all evening programs for the CEO's, ages 15 to 17 years old. The CEO Program Director champions our Customer Service standards of Safety, Detail, Sizzle and Development as well as provides leadership to the Section Heads and counsellors including training, coaching and performance review. Program Directors are responsible for all guest issues and liaise with parents when needed. The Senior High Program Director’s primary responsibility within this department is to oversee the design and delivery of all evening programs for kids ages 14 to 16 years old. Program Director – WILD

The WILD Program Director’s primary responsibility within is this department is to oversee the design and delivery of all evening programs for kids ages 6 to 8 years old. The WILD Program Director champions our Customer Service standards of Safety, Detail, Sizzle and Development as well as provides leadership to the Section Head and counsellors including training, coaching and performance review. Program Directors are responsible for all guest issues and liaise with parents when needed. Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator’s primary responsibility within this department is to liaise between Guest Relations, Program, Arts & Athletics and the HR Department, and to assist in creating and executing programs for all guests that are safe, fun, developmentally focused and age appropriate. The Program Coordinator will oversee the design and delivery of all of our Specialty Week programs by championing our Customer Service standards of Safety, Detail, Sizzle and Development as well as provides leadership to the Section Head and counsellors including training, coaching and performance review for the Specialty Weeks. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for such projects as: T-shirt distribution, Survival packs, postcards, Switch ‘em Up assignments, rentals, and the stay-over program. The Program Coordinator supports the entire Program team by hosting weekly meetings, attending evening programs and helping to cover on Program Director's day off. read more

Instructor Windsurfing/Stand up Paddle Boarding

The Windsurfing/SUP Instructor’s primary responsibility within this department is to provide activity instruction while creating a safe environment for our guests to learn and develop new skills, make new friends and have fun! Instructors are responsible to implement daily lesson plans in their assigned area through energetic participation and quality, intentional instruction. A typical day for an instructor is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. Daily team meetings and set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. Instructors are also responsible to assist in evening programs where assigned, lead and stay in a guest cabin one night per week, and participate in assigned duties on Super Saturday. read more
