Office Supervisor

Our Resort office's primary role within this department is to be the hub of all information at Muskoka Woods. The Office Supervisor's primary responsibility, along side the full-time Office Manager, is to create a fun and productive environment for our young staff while providing excellent customer service and responding to the needs of our parents, staff and guests on the phone, through email and at the front counter. The Office Supervisor oversees the office functions and processes, proactively manages outcomes, supervises shifts, answers phones and emails, accounts for all guests on property, solves issues, works closely with other departments, and accurately communicates information. read more

Camp Store Staff

Our Camp Store is open to staff and guests on a daily basis selling snacks, drinks, coffee, clothing, and merchandise. The primary role of the Camp Store Crew, is to provide excellent customer service to our staff and guests in the Camp Store. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: receiving inventory, stocking shelves, working at til, making ice cream, and serving coffee. All Camp Store Crew are also responsible to sweep, mop, clean equipment, sanitize working areas, and garbage removal. A typical shift is varied throughout the week (7:30am to 3:30pm, 12:30pm - 8:30pm). read more

Camp Store Supervisor

Our Camp Store is open to staff and guests on a daily basis selling snacks, drinks, coffee, clothing, and merchandise. The primary role of Camp Store Supervisor, along side our full-time Camp Store Manager, is to create a fun and productive environment for our young staff while providing excellent customer service to our staff and guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading and managing staff, supervising shifts, reconciling tills, receiving and managing inventory, cleaning and organizing the store and working along the staff. A typical shift is varied throughout the week (7:30am to 3:30pm, 12:30pm - 8:30pm). Leadership staff are regularly assigned to the Night Watch schedule, the Dining Room Maitre'd schedule, to Super Saturday duties, are required to lead a staff small group, and conduct One 2 One's. read more

Grounds Crew

The primary role of the Grounds Crew within this department is to contribute to the maintenance and care of all accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces and grounds. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming grass, sweeping, collecting garbage, moving firewood, moving equipment, and assisting the full time maintenance staff where needed. A typical shift for the Grounds Crew is varied throughout the week (7am - 3pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm). read more

Kitchen – Baker

The primary role of the Baking Crew within this department, working alongside the full-time Baker, is the daily preparation of all baked goods, desserts and evening snacks. Tasks include but are not limited to: preparing and baking brownies, cookies, cakes, cheese cakes and apple crumble, icing cupcakes, cutting Rice Crispee squares, panning croissants, danishes and cinnamon buns. All Baking Crew are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen through sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, washing dishes, wiping down of surfaces, and sanitizing work stations and food prep areas. A typical shift for the Baking Crew is varied throughout the week (7:00am - 3:00pm, 5:00am - 1pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm). read more

Kitchen – Food Prep

The primary role of the Food Prep Crew within this department is to work alongside the Cooks in the daily preparation of all meals including preparing the yogurt and salad buffets. Tasks include but are not limited to: receiving inventory, chopping vegetables, panning food, slicing lunch meat, wrapping sandwiches, deep frying, grilling and BBQ'ing. All Food Prep Crew are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen through sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, washing dishes, wiping down of surfaces, and sanitizing work stations and food prep areas. A typical shift for the Food Prep Crew is varied throughout the week (6:00am - 2:30pm, 11:00am - 7:30pm, 6:00am - 10:30am/4pm - 7:30pm). read more

The primary role of the Dish Crew within this department is to wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware and other kitchen equipment. All Dish Crew are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen through sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, wiping down of surfaces, cleaning the dishwasher and sanitizing work stations. A typical shift for the Dish Crew is varied throughout the week (6:30am - 2:30pm, 11:30am - 7:30pm, 6:30am - 10:30am/4pm - 7:30pm). read more

The primary role of the Service Crew within this department is to set up and manage the cold and hot buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in each dining room. All Service Crew are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining hall areas through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, garbage removal, wiping down of surfaces, sanitizing work stations and food prep areas.
