Instructor General

The General Instructor’s primary responsibility within this department is to provide activity instruction while creating a safe environment for our guests to learn and develop new skills, make new friends and have fun! Instructors are responsible to implement daily lesson plans in their assigned areas, instructors are required to rotate between: ball hockey, basketball, beach volleyball, flag rugby, soccer, drift trikes, fitness, outdoor adventure, and laser tag. A typical day for an instructor is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. Daily team meetings and set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. Instructors will help operate the Stayover Program for guests staying multiple weeks by leading and staying in a guest cabin, running activities and will be assigned to a cleaning team. Instructors are also responsible to assist in evening programs where assigned and participate in assigned duties on Sunday Arrival. read more

Instructor Golf

A typical day for an instructor is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. Daily team meetings and set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. Lifeguard

The Lifeguard's primary responsibility within this department is to provide supervision of the swim beach area while creating a safe environment for our guests to learn and develop new skills, make new friends and have fun! Lifeguards are responsible to execute their daily responsibilities in their assigned area through energetic participation and quality, intentional supervision. A typical day for a lifeguard is to oversee activities from 9am to noon and 1pm to 5pm. Daily team meetings and set up and clean up are required at the beginning and end of each day. Lifeguards will help operate the Stayover Program for guests staying multiple weeks by leading and staying in a guest cabin, running activities and will be assigned to a cleaning team. Lifeguards are also responsible to assist in evening programs where assigned and participate in assigned duties on Sunday Arrival. read more

Instructor Paintball & Archery Tag

The Paintball/Archery Tag Instructor’s primary responsibility within this department is to provide activity instruction while creating a safe environment for our guests to learn and develop new skills, make new friends and have fun! The Pump Track Instructor’s primary responsibility within this department is to provide activity instruction while creating a safe environment for our guests to learn and develop new skills, make new friends and have fun! Instructor Ropes Course

Kitchen – Baker

The primary role of the Baker within this department, working alongside the full-time Baker, is the daily preparation of all baked goods, desserts and evening snacks. Tasks include but are not limited to: preparing and baking brownies, cookies, cakes, cheesecakes and apple crumble, icing cupcakes, cutting Rice Krispies squares, panning croissants, danishes and cinnamon buns, All Bakers are also required to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen through sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, washing dishes, wiping down of surfaces, and sanitizing work stations and food prep areas. A Chef's jacket will be provided for each shift. A typical shift for the Bakers is varied throughout the week (7:00am - 3:00pm, 5:00am - 1:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm) read more

Camp Store Staff

Our Camp Store is open to staff and guests on a daily basis selling snacks, drinks, coffee, clothing, and merchandise. The Camp Store staff member’s role is to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all Camp Store and Coffee Can customers - staff and guests alike. The core responsibilities of the Camp Store Staff are receiving and stocking inventory, working the registers in the Camp Store, and preparing both ice cream and coffees, and working shifts in the Coffee Can. Camp Store Staff are also responsible in helping keep all Camp Store spaces and working areas clean and sanitized and properly remove and dispose of accumulated garbage. A typical shift is varied throughout the week 8:00am - 4:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 11:00am - 7:00pm and 12:00pm - 8:00pm. read more

Nanny

The Summer Camp Nanny's primary role within this department is to be a childcare provider and family manager for families who require assistance. The nanny’s role is to provide support to the family by serving as a loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion and caregiver to the children. Nannies are required to supervise, play, interact, and care for the children of their assigned families. Children range in age from newborn to 13 years of age. Specific responsibilities and schedules will vary with each family. read more

Housekeeping Staff – August Only

The primary role of the Housekeeping Staff within this department is to create a clean and inviting environment for all staff and guests by contributing to the cleaning and care of accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces and restrooms. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, showers, sinks and toilets. The Housekeeping staff will be working alongside an outsourced company. Housekeeping Staff typically work 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm 6 days a week. read more
