The primary role of the Security staff within this department is to monitor the premises and ensure a safe a secure facility from early evening until early morning. Security staff ensures that all staff and guests adhere to outlined camp curfews through patrolling the campus, monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of employees and visitors throughout the evening. Security are also required to write reports and daily activities, irregularities, or unusual occurrences including reporting on staff and guests not abiding by resort rules. Security Staff also are also assigned to Super Saturday duties, hospital runs and support the overall summer team as needed. read more
The Summer Camp Nanny's primary role within this department is to be a childcare giver and family manager for families who require assistance. The nanny’s role is to provide support to the family by serving as a loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion and caregiver to the children. Nannies are required to supervise, play, interact, and care for the children of their assigned families. Children range in age from newborn to 13 years of age. Timbergrove Lodge has the privilege of hosting our partner groups, supported by the Foundation, throughout the summer. Timbergrove Lodge guests enjoy a daily hosted activity schedule as well as special evening events planned just for them including tubing, ropes course activities and campfires. Timbergrove Lodge Staff create an experience for the guests that builds confidence, friendships, memories and of course to have fun! The TGL Host Instructors are responsible to journey with the group throughout the week by fostering safety, leading activities, participating in events, developing relationships and capturing stories. read more

The TGL's Coordinator's primary responsibility within this team is all things related to managing outcomes, serving guests and leading staff including training, coaching and perfomance review. The Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for all Timbergrove Lodge Groups prior to their arrival including managing health forms and police checks, liaising with the other departments, assigning staff and fully participating with the groups. read more
Our Health Care Centre staff’s primary role within this department is to provide emergency and daily health care to our staff and guests through scheduled clinics, on call support and emergency response. The HCC Driver is responsible to drive a camp vehicle for scheduled medical appointments for staff and guests, for emergency hospital runs, and run errands as assigned. read more

Staff are responsible for triage, charting, assessment, administration of medications, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, as well as assessment and assisting the presiding MD as required. read more
The primary role of the The I.T. Support position is to assist the I.T. Administrator in maintaining and troubleshooting all technology for the administration of Muskoka Woods. The I.T. Support position provides excellent internal customer service through tasks including network, hardware and software troubleshooting. A typical schedule for the IT Support position is varied throughout the week with day and evening shifts as well as on call responsibilities. read more
The primary role of the Guest Relations Transportation Coordinator within this department is to provide excellent customer service to our guests and parents, specializing in coordinating transportation services, for a seamless experience before, during, and after their child's week at camp. The tasks include organizing volunteers, communicating important information to guests, parents and staff about transportation, and assisting with issues as they arise on Saturdays. The GRTC will assist in managing guest information and registration details including: activity schedules, payments, medical information, transportation and store account and will be responsible for responding to incoming customer inquires over phone, email and live chat. The GRTC will also track all customer interactions in our CRM database called Circuitree. read more
