Spring/Summer Instructor Activity & Ropes Course
Ropes Instructors are responsible for leading fun and safe activities that help our guests learn new skills, make friends, and have an awesome time! Instructors run activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm each day, bringing high energy and quality instruction to their area. read more
Spring/Summer Kitchen – Food Prep
The Food Prep team works alongside our Cooks to prepare all meals, including our yogurt and salad buffets. Tasks will include everything from receiving inventory and chopping veggies to panning food, slicing deli meats, wrapping sandwiches, and even some deep-frying and grilling! Food Prep staff help keep the kitchen sparkling by sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, washing dishes, and sanitizing work areas. A chef's jacket or apron will be provided for each shift. Shifts can vary throughout the week: Breakfast/Lunch from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Lunch/Dinner from 11:00am to 7:30pm, or a mix of Breakfast/Dinner from 6:00am to 10:30am and 4:00pm to 7:30pm. read more
Fall 2025 – Activity Instructor
The primary role of an Activity Instructor is to instruct guests in a variety of sports, adventure activities, arts, nature and team-building programs. Staff are trained in program delivery for up to 25 different activities and are required to run activities for groups of 10 to 20 children at a time. read more

Studio Hosts support our full-time Leadership Studio team in running activities and programs for our guests. read more

Production Staff work alongside the Production Coordinator and Production CORE to deliver excellent production services for our guests read more
Fall 2025 – Kitchen Service
Kitchen Service Staff are essential in setting up and managing all hot and cold buffets, juice machines, and coffee stations in the dining areas. read more
Fall 2025 – Prep Cook
The Prep Cook works alongside the Cooks to prepare delicious meals for staff and guests, including the yogurt and salad buffets. read more
Fall 2025 – Maintenance
Maintenance Staff contribute to the maintenance and care of all accommodations, meeting areas, public spaces, and grounds at Muskoka Woods, making sure everything looks sharp. read more
Winter/Spring – 2026 Activity Instructor
The primary role of a Host Instructor is to instruct guests in a variety of sports, adventure activities, arts, nature and team-building programs. Staff are trained in program delivery for up to 25 different activities and are required to run activities for groups of 10 to 20 children at a time. Host instructors often travel around with their assigned group of guests but can also be assigned to specialize in one area depending on the needs of the group. A typical schedule for Host Instructors is from 8am to 5pm daily with 1 to 2 evening shifts/week as a team to provide evening program, serve snack, cover the office and work in the Camp Store. read more
