Studio Program Coordinator
The Studio Program Coordinator is part of a team responsible for facilitating life-changing experiences by delivering unmatched developmental experiences, providing activity & program excellence, and ensuring world-class customer service and engagement to all of our guests. This position contributes to leading and executing: Leadership Studio Experiences (LSXs), activities, programs, and facility development. While the primary focus of the role is with The Leadership Studio they will also assist and contribute towards group experiences for all Schools & Groups guests (schools, retreats, and Leadership Studio groups). This position's main responsibility and focus is to facilitate excellent experiences and manage leadership studio resources. read more

Counsellor – WILD – Boys Cabins
A WILD Counsellor's job is to keep our 6 to 8 year old guests safe and help them have a great week at camp. This means creating a fun and supportive space in the cabin for them to learn, grow, and make new friends. Counsellors live in cabins with our guests, eat meals together, and participate in evening activities. They also lead small group chats during Convo Cafe each night. All counsellors are required to instruct in a skill area for one period each day - this is called "Switch Em Up". Heads up: counsellors may be moved to other age sections throughout the summer based on our needs for the week. This will be up to the discretion of the Summer Program Manager. read more

This means creating a fun and supportive space in the cabin for them to learn, grow, and make new friends. A CREW High Counsellor's job is to keep our 15 to 16 year old guests safe and help them have a great week at camp. This means creating a fun and supportive space in the cabin for them to learn, grow, and make new friends. Counsellors live in cabins with our guests, eat meals together, and participate in evening activities. They also lead small group chats during Convo Cafe each night. Staff are trained in program delivery for up to 25 different activities and are required to run activities for groups of 10 to 20 children at a time. read more

Winter/Spring – 2026 Activity Instructor
The primary role of a Host Instructor is to instruct guests in a variety of sports, adventure activities, arts, nature and team-building programs. Staff are trained in program delivery for up to 25 different activities and are required to run activities for groups of 10 to 20 children at a time. Host instructors often travel around with their assigned group of guests but can also be assigned to specialize in one area depending on the needs of the group. A typical schedule for Host Instructors is from 8am to 5pm daily with 1 to 2 evening shifts/week as a team to provide evening program, serve snack, cover the office and work in the Camp Store. read more
