Program Coordinator – Activities/Ropes Specialist
The Program Coordinator is a vital part of our Programs Team, responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences through excellent activities and programs. You’ll oversee the year-round operation of our activities — including our ropes course and The Kraken — ensuring they are safe, engaging, and aligned with our high service standards. This role also supports leadership development programming as a junior facilitator and works closely with the Summer Program Team to ensure the ropes program operates smoothly during the camp season. read more
Lifeguard – August ONLY
Lifeguards are responsible for supervising the swim beach, creating a safe and fun environment that help our guests learn new skills, make friends, and have an awesome time! Lifeguards oversee the swim beach in shifts from 9am to 5pm, bringing high energy and quality instruction to their area. Each day kicks off and wraps up with team meetings, plus setup and cleanup of their area. Heads up: all instructors also help out with our Stayover Program by leading activities, staying in guest cabins as a stayover counsellor, and pitching in with a cleaning crew. They also assist with evening programs where assigned and participate in Sunday Arrivals. Instructors will also be assigned as transportation staff on at least one Saturday or Sunday throughout the summer. read more

The primary role of a Host Instructor is to instruct guests in a variety of sports, adventure activities, arts, nature and team-building programs. Staff are trained in program delivery for up to 25 different activities and are required to run activities for groups of 10 to 20 children at a time. Host instructors often travel around with their assigned group of guests but can also be assigned to specialize in one area depending on the needs of the group. A typical schedule for Host Instructors is from 8am to 5pm daily with 1 to 2 evening shifts/week as a team to provide evening program, serve snack, cover the office and work in the Camp Store. read more
